| group walking the labyrinth (outside) | 10:00 a.m. |

Sitting periods are 25 minutes or less, with 5 or more minutes of meditative walking in-between. People may join or leave during walking meditation. When weather permits, 2nd Kinhin is held outside in the labyrinth overlooking the harbor.
Consistent with Zen Buddhist and contemplative traditions, dokusan (private interview) with the teacher is available during some sitting periods. These interviews are confidential and a time for specific discussion of one's personal meditation practice. Everyone is encouraged to take advantage of this traditional practice opportunity.
